Are you fed up littering the area with rubbish scrolls? Then why not recycle your old ones?
Make a dismantle section for scrolls. How this works is..
What ever rank the scroll is you dismantle, you receive a scrap back of the same rank. so lets say you dismantle a rank 7 scroll, you will receive a rank 7 scrap back and same goes with rank 8, rank 9 etc.
With these scraps, you can save up and receive a rank scroll box from which you can open and receive that rank's scroll, and make it completely RANDOM. none of this 20% for one scroll and 1% for a decent scroll, keep it even.
This would be good because it would keep scrolls on the market place at a considerable price, people will farm more to get scrolls and the player would get a sense of achievement when completing a boss even if we get the crap scrolls.
