Fomorian Book

What's the deal with the Fomorian Book? After Rise the fomorian book is no longer craftable by goldsmiths. The marketplace has been empty for a while now. Does it drop from some map? Can you buy it from an NPC? Is it an item only received while leveling up an Evie (story reward)? Is it just gone?

    I honestly have no idea, If they removed it then wtf that is like the only beneficial spellbook postrise.

    I have a max tailor and unfortunately tailors do not have the recipe.

    Hmm, I guess I'll try farm colru & Lionotus later on to see if it's become a direct drop, since I doubt it's been removed altogether.
