about replacing weapon essence

does the enhance level reset when replacing an orange weapon essence/feather to another orange one?

    No. That would be a waste though, since you can upgrade them freely, even change its ability.

    is this true? so if i have lvl 5 regina feather then i have to kill regina 50 times ?

    Yes. It specifically says that you need to have the required title in order to use the ability.
