Why the event enchant scroll are bound to character after u purchased? But when u pointed your mouse on the exchange shop enchant scroll it said "Can be traded via mail, Can use shared storage"
I bought this enchant scroll from exchange shop and it bound to my character

    It was like this since the first es event, just visual error in description.
