I can't Start a battle

When i log into vindictus i usually have around 30fps, but whenever i make a boat and then start it goes to 1fps and it either crashes or takes a solid 5 minutes to load and then the dungeon is 1 fps.

    Currently reinstalling to see if that will help

    Reinstalling did not help, i can't do any battles, therefore. I can't play the game.
