What is it exactly and how do you get it/convert enchant scrolls into it
I've tried looking Via google but that was a mess

    So Enchant Scroll Scraps are obtained when you fail a Rank 7 Enchant scroll. When you fail 4 in a row you can convert 4 of those into a 100% success rate Enchant scroll

    For Example: If you fail an Immoral Enchant Scroll you get an Immoral Enchant scroll Scrap. Convert 4 of those into a 100% Immoral enchant Scroll
