Had the same for ages, since well before the Rise update. it got so bad i've filled the first "quick" slots with bow skills... all my pots are well away from the "spinwheel" keys 1-3.
it seems as though the key registers multiple presses instead …
First impressions.... not good.
Shift/run sux... no boss health bar sux damage reduction.... etc etc all previously mentioned.
worst for me is shift/run followed by the annoying "you have logged in from a different IP" ffs......

In EU, i had 6 accounts all got +10, followed ny the ridiculous unstable boxes that also do nothing, not to mention the free enhance/enchant runes that always fail. 6 chars = 12 runes =12 fails..... EU success rates were crap
