Thoughts on the new consistent ES?
SInce it has the RNG chance to give you 125 SP now...
But since the RNG chance is based a flat % per hit, it heavily favors multi hit characters like Kai (just like dominance does).
Im trying to think of which characters would benefit the most from the RNG SP generation...I'm thinking Kai (especially crossgun). Staff evie has lightning skills that hit multiple times, might be useful for spamming regeneration + continual focus in parties. Delia maybe? Since her enhanced smashes all have multiple hits anyway, and she could always use more SP for Ion Thrust.
Scythe could use the SP, but doesn't have the multi hits necessary to trigger it often enough. Same goes for Lynn. Not sure how SP hungry chanblae vella is.

Uh...you cant compare a r7 scroll to a r8 scroll when the price and availability is so much different.

You should be comparing consistent to leopards.
It's Kai's skill, hunting party, which applies to all party member. That 125 SP from consistent ES would've become 125 * 1.3 =162 sp.
HP gives 1.3 x multiplier to SP gained, not 1.5.
250 * 1.3 = 325 SP, not 375 SP.
Its still worse than twinkling. Giving up 280 atk and 7 crit for 4 atk speed and 5 bal for a 1% chance at 125 sp. Ironically, the scroll isnt very consistent.
Also, if price and availability is your strong point then you should mention that in your original post.

The main selling point of Consistent has always been the 5 BAL and that anyone will sell it to you cheap if not for free. However, I'm in agreement that no one should be getting this scroll because it's still rank 8 and can blow up your gear, not because the stats aren't elite enough for end-game drunks.
if we look at rA and below, obviously twinkling suddenly becomes the superior choice as it doesnt need runes. But thats a problem with them making twinkling rB while r9-8 can still boom, which was a dumb move on nexon's part. Most of the r9-8 scrolls are in a bad spot now.
Are there any rA weapon prefixes at this point? Both impending and twinkling are rB now...
They just added the extra SP gain. It's still bad, minus the atk speed and balance boost.
Perhaps. There is also a 10% success cap difference between Leopard's and Consistent, although I realize this isn't much of a difference in this game.
I think Prideful is still an rA scroll, but the stat gain is pretty minimal.

They just added the SP gain, nothing else has changed about Consistent. Basically it's just a nice bonus to people who have been using the scroll up to this point (filthy casuals like me).
and now literally all the Kais use bow and consistent.
It's cuz astera is so powerful that the downside of not having a proper scroll in the slot is a non issue so the sp is free if it procs.
It's still an almost impossible scroll to get as it got discontinued with rise and the only source of it now is extraction runes on old gear.
