Greetings everyone,
Can anyone provide information regarding the actual changes in scrolls after RISE Update?
We all know they are going to change (a lot) but I tried to track down these changes and I couldn't find it.
When I mean actual I'm referring to the scrolls' final output. I read somewhere that Stigma was getting +1att speed buff and so on.
