How is Nexon making so much profit despite being hated by most of the gaming community. It's worth getting to know Nexon's Current CEO to see how the company is being run and the direction it will head towards:

IMHO, I think we are wasting our times just complaining on the forums.

If the GM's, moderators, community managers, or customer service is unresponsive, unprofessional, and not doing their job, go directly to their supervisors, managers, executives, and in this case their boss.

Normally this would be easy if the problem happened during face to face encounters. But since we are dealing with problems online, we need to use social media, contact Mr. Owen Mahoney through Twitter or Linkedin, and voice our concerns directly to the CEO of Nexon.

I know that some of you will criticize my post and say that it won't change anything but we need to do something.

If you want to complain, do this on Vindictus's Youtube Channel, Facebook Page, and Twitter. Be original and do other stuff besides trolling and ranting on forums.

Only complaining on forums is unproductive and ineffective because this is a narrow audience, mainly consisting of Vindictus Players or Former Players. To make your voice heard, you need to utilize social media and voice your opinions on sites where everyone can see your comments.

But if you are serious about trying to save this game and changing the company, keep doing more research about Nexon, find their key leaders, and voice your concerns directly to the company, instead of dealing with the headache from Inactive Community Managers or Bad Customer Service.

Most of their revenue comes from CN and KR games.

That makes sense; China has the world's biggest population. It's too bad the charts don't break it down to which games are making the most money - Although it would most likely be Maplestory.

Nexon is probably focusing on markets that make them the most money. Even their websites look better than ours:

While Mr. Mahoney seems like a successful business entrepreneur, I have some doubts of whether or not he'll take a second look at this game.

This game has so much potential to succeed:

To gain more of a voice, one would actually have to invest into their stock and actually be able vote at their board meetings to shift their attention back to Vindictus.

Wealthy players should actually spend their money on company shares instead of dumping all of it in the supply depot.

There's no hope for this game dude - their greed for money has already gutted the game from the inside out.

If you look at any form of entertainment as soon as money really starts getting involved it ruins everything and the quality goes down the drain because at that point it isn't fueled by love, desire and hunger to make a beautiful work of art but mainly just money. The other three things fade away until their completely nonexistent.

A lot of you may notice that happening with music for example where when an artist first comes out they release some of their very best work, timeless classics but later on down the line when the artist is being pressured by their record label to release more music at this and that deadline because of the money they release some of the worst music of their career.

Well the very same thing happened with Nexon.

I bet he gets loads of messages from their other games' players too. So good luck contacting him. It will probably be like contacting Google, where an answer can be expected every 100 years.

Having no moderators and admins on this forum is most likely his decision because they are assigned to other projects.

The most you can do is ask for an explanation why Vindictus is in its current state, but i don't think they will give you any useful information, because they are simply company secrets. If they had wanted to make it public, they would have already done that. So don't expect answers like "sorry, we have more important projects at the moment, we don't care about Vindictus" or anything that can be later used against them. But if you manage to do that, you can sell that to newspapers because they are always hungry for a good dramatic article about known companies.

The problem with any company always starts and ends at the top. I've been saying this in this forum for nearly 5 years now. I have endured the backlash from the trolls and other fools as my reward for simply pointing out a very simple fact (this also is a problem that starts and ends with management, obviously). It's even in the title of their position, lols: "Manage".
It's good to see someone with inspiration and the brains to realize this simple truth (and more faith in nexon than I have) post this.
    Well done SquarEnix. ^-^

So this is the guy who married into the business. I hope he is treating the bosses daughter well, because he his ruining the companies profits.

    Interesting.

While this looks like it might be a decent game I can't help but to think "Horizon Zero Dawn clone" lol

Skip to 1:30 to see a preview of the combat in Horizon Zero Dawn. Great game btw, one of the best titles on the PS4.

    Thanks for sharing that though.
