Tl;dr - Make it so Abomination / Dullahan are completely invincible when their barriers are up because OP people are just powering through and negating the intended mechanics making the fight less fun/enjoyable.

Both of these raids share a mechanic in the form of a "shielded" boss health bar which greatly reduces the amount of damage the boss receives. When these fights first came out, these barriers served their purpose because the amount of damage players did at the time was small enough to encourage actually doing the mechanics. Nowadays, if there's one or two well geared players in the party, the boss mechanics/phases can be negated or skipped. Making them invincible while their barriers are up would fix this.

Here's what the fight used to entail:
Abomination's Barrier could be broken by ringing the bell a few times with each ring reducing the effectiveness of his barrier. Once it was rung enough times or 1 full HP bar was depleted, the barrier would break.

Dullahan: At 3 bars, the ghost auto rejoins the body and Dullahan will slowly walk towards the center to initiate the blizzard. If a player blocks his way, he'll do an unblockable attack with a red AoE ring. During this time, he can still be damaged but his barrier will be up.

Here's what happens now:
Abomination: People are just staying on the ground and beating down the Abomination till the barrier breaks.
Dullahan: Once Dully hits 3 bars, everyone wails on him and prevents him from getting to the middle while face tanking his retaliations so they can skip the last phase completely.
