  • New Player Gearing "Guide" [Work in progress]

You hit level 90-100 and don't know how to gear yourself up like the other veteran players out there. This guide is to help players understand the current end game crafting system, recommend enchanting progression, and give a general idea on how to achieve end game stats.

Edit: The free gear you get from getting to level 90 is your place holder gear, you will want to make new weapon and armor to replace it. You can't enhance this gear or make it better so, you're force to replace it. EDIT: The new level 90 +12 set will help you be able to do lvl 95 raids.

    Reference:
    Old Info
Starting off, level 95 and level 90 gear both will get you to the end result with stats. level 95 gear give you access to rank 6 scrolls, weapon provide 15 extra crit, 3k more damage compared to level 90 weapon but at the cost of having a lower balance stat compared to level 90 weapon. So both have their pros and con. ( Eventually you might want to go for lvl 95 gear or wait for lvl 100 gear to come out)
Starting off, with lvl 100 gear out, it is recommended to work toward a level 100 weapon with lvl 95 or 100 armor peices.
*You can also work toward a +13 lvl 95 weapon as a temp weapon but not reccommened (only for those who want to take the long rout to gearing).

    Quick Overview of Steps
    Old info
    1. Get Orange weapon to +13 lvl 90 weapon or +11-+13 lvl 95 weapon
    2. Get Orange Armor to at least +10 level 90 or 95
    3. Enchant your Accessories, Armor, and Weapon
    4. Work on these one at a time and slowly replace your free lvl 90 armor and weapon with the better version you worked on.
    5. Lastly use power infusion on your gear to add extra stats on it
    1. Get a Full Orange lvl 100 weapon to +10 or higher and enchanted
    2. Get Orange lvl 95 or lvl 100 armor to +10 atleast and enchanted. [lvl 95 armor are cheaper to make and reforge recommended 3 lvl 95 armor and 2 lvl 100 armor]
    3. Get newest accesories to replace place holder accessories and enchant them.
    4. Work on these one at a time and slowly replace your free lvl 90 armor and weapon with the better version you worked on.
    5. Reforge Weapon till +15
    6. Reforge Armor till +15
    7. Lastly use power infusion on your gear to add extra stats on it as needed.
Step 7 is done while working step 5 and 6 and can be finished before either of step 5 and 6 being completed.

For an indepth look into Power and Tech and how to obtain them look at @LoLoBooty guide, Increasing your Power & Tech.

For more indepth info for enhancing you can check the enhancement post by

Side Note Additional Damage is given via enhancement lvl of your armor or weapon, there a chart somewhere with specific number, thus the requirement to make sure your gear is at least +10

    Enchant Scrolls for Accessories
    For all Accessories
Passion and Significant ES are nice es to put on accessories if you have open spots on your accessories for your build.
    89nliEy.jpg DIOVmr7.jpg
Fast ES is great for stacking attack speed and depending on the build you're going for you will use between 2-4 of these ES in your build.
    J2D55AL.jpg 0eIRE23.jpg
Berserker ES is also a must have scroll, the stamina regen aspect of the scroll is extremely useful. The regen buff does not stack so having only one in your build is good enough.

Petite ES will be your place holder until you can stick a Subdue ES on your gear

level 90-100 Weapon and Armor Crafting Info
You can craft level 90-100 armor/weapon via Dianann in Rochest Magician's Guild. You need to have completed the story version of Regina and finish the crafting quest to gain access to this (After Rise update). Once you unlock this you need to unlock the recipes. In order to do this, complete the none-story version of the corresponding raid you want the gear from. So Braha will give you Braha recipes , Regina will give you Regina recipes so on and so forth.

    1. The material to craft these gear are obtained through battle. For Weapon and Armor Essences (Primary Parts), you get these from doing the raids(Story version and reg version).
    2. To get Shards (lvl90 secondary Parts) you need to do regular run between Ben Chenner-the non winter version of Berbhe runs(Ones tied to Abomination Raid).
    3. For Chunks (lvl95 secondary Parts) need to do the winter version of Berbhe run (ones that are tied to Dullahan Raid area)

Once you unlock and obtained all your material via grinding or buying off market you go to Dianann and start crafting. Crafting is refered to as item Composite. Just go check which mats you need, get them, and craft. Simple straight to the point.
    taU4dN2.jpg

Now that we are done with the basic we can start with more "complicated" part. Shards and Essences have rarity, there is rare (Orange) and normal (Purple). Purple parts have one set stats shared per shard/essence type. While orange shard/essence have a range of stats that is determined randomly per type. Your goal is to get all stats to close to max, some stats are more important then others.

    Replacing Shards/Chunks/Essences
This is mostly used to replace shard/essences from purple(normal) tier to orange(rare tier), but it doesn't stop a person from swapping one orange for another.

There is one thing that is effected from switching essences.

IF YOU SWITCH A PURPLE MAIN/ESSENCE TO AN ORANGE MAIN/ESSENCE THE ENHANCEMENT OF THE GEAR WILL RESET TO ZERO. Switching between orange ESSENCE/MAIN part to another orange WILL NOT reset the enhancement of the gear.

If you switch purple shard/chunk to orange shard nothing will reset.

For Enchants, switching shards/chunks or essence/main part will not get rid of the enchant on the gear.

Here an image of where to get to this option.
    bA6zhD3.jpg
You got an orange shard/chunk/essence on your gear and not satisfied with the stats you got on them, no need to worry that what material synthesis comes into play.

    Material Synthesis
Important stats: Bal; Crit; Attack Speed; Attack Limit Release

Useful Stats but not high priority: Crit Resist; M/att; Wil; Str; Int; Defence

Material Synthesis lets you increase the stats of orange shard/chunk/essences to it max. Once a shard/chunk/essence stats are maxed it will let you add attack release to a max per part.

The material needed to do this are different between shard/chunk, essence, attack removal types. There will be 3 different types in the image but not all types.
    Jl6HwJsr2.jpg
Enchant over view. Level 95-100 orange gear can use rank 6 and lower scroll; level 90 orange gear can use rank 7 and lower scrolls; purple gear can use rank 8 and lower scrolls. Scroll tier goes as follow 6>7>8>9>A>and so on. All gear can have one prefix and suffix.

Work in Progress After this point
There is a few new scroll, so want to make sure this part right. Also taking a break from this for now. Will finish asap. Also will do some fixes here and there to make it more "professional." and clean.

    Enchant Scrolls for Weapons

Valor and Bloodlust ES are really great scroll, decent amount of end game players use these scroll for their end game build, can stick with these or upgrade to rank 7 scrolls

Well Balanced Force are good prefix suffix for your gear if you jsut wanna quickly pop something on it. Well Balanced ES is a great replacement ES as a prefix for Chest piece, this is more geared toward attack speed build, replacing Temporal ES
    Nhhtghc.jpg 8KNctQF.jpg
Enthusiastic ES is great for head and pant piece but can be used on all armor pieces. This is more for attack speed build to help with stacking Fast ES.

    Chest
Master ES is the best suffix for chest piece hand down you can go a risk it with Stigma ES but most player will stick with Master ES over risking their Chest piece blowing up.
    1AeSp4V.jpg JBiMkQA.jpg
Best prefix for chest unless you going for an attack speed build then Well Balance might be an ES of interest.

    Power Infusion
Most important stats for accesories and weapon: Attack Speed; Balance; and Crit

Power Infusion is used to give extra stats on gear. You go to Melina and talk to Videk. The hardest stats to stick are the 3 important stats already stated.

If a gear has the stat on it naturally as it defualt stat, then that give you a higher chance of getting those stats. So getting crit on an item with crit will be more likely then if you want crit on an item that doesn't naturally have the stat.

You're more likely to get negative crit, attack speed, and bal then getting a positive value of those. Thus the last thing you work on in your build since its the most expensive part of gear building and is extremely rng (the bad kind >:) ).

A member of the vindi community already calculated the chances of getting a crit stat on a gear with or without the stat being naturally on the item and the chances are slim.

The item required to do power infusion are Element Stone 60-80 equipment and Intermediate Element Stone lvl 90-110 equipment.

Here an image of power infusion in action.
    oqTHtj0.jpg

To craft the stone require, just go to any profession stall and craft it there. You can also get them randomly from Warm Welcome Boxes.

  • need help please :(

No need to do this if they haven't provided the method to get the config window to pop up and get it to work. The best method is to simply make a ticket, tell support you want to tranfer GM role from active char to GM holding spot char( that you may not play but can use to give admin role to your active char).

This is the method i used and works perfectly well.

  • Dullahan move set + mechanic guide

WORK IN PROGRESS: Editing program is giving me a tough time :s . Also playing video game :D Ganna add discription for certain attacks after all videos are up.

Finished most of this post. Last thing that needs to be added are Enrage stage, Spirit Move Set. EDIT: completed most of the explanation portion, open for any aditional tip that i may have missed.

    Here Dragon's guide link

Crit cap is 155, and his defense is 18.5k, making our ATT Cap on him 28.5k.

Dullanhan has a good amount of attacks that requires you to perfect guard, this guide is to help people know which attack requires perfect guard and also show case all his attacks and explain his mechanic (for more detail look at dragon post).

    Intro

    Transition Animation
    Entering 9 Bars Animation

    Shield Animation

    Regular (Non Perfect Guard attacks)
Old name in Circle Bracket. New name suggested by Puppyman.

For these first two attack, you will notice that his hip spins 360 before the attack is launched, these two attack uses this tell. This is a similar theme for most of Dullahan attack, you can tell which move it is trying to do via looking at its hip, legs, feet.

Gigablade Singel-Hit (Regular Quick One Hit Spin Attack)

Gigablade Two-Hit Combo (Regular Two Hit Attack)

For this attack, in particular, he uses two tells. The first tell which is him going to a somewhat neutral position where he lifts his sword up in an upward position like he is posing, and the 360 hip spin. Attack with the first tell are his slowest attack combos. Attack with this tell are great for fitting in one or two more attack in (Depending on attack speed) before perparing for block/dodge.

GigaBlade Single Hit and Two-Hit combo uses 360 hip spin move as a tell.

GigaBlade Three-Hit Combo (Regular Three Hit Combo)

The first hit is 360 denial attack while the last two give opening for attack behind him (Useful for group play).

Gigablade Two-Hit and Three-Hit combo uses the neutral position pose as a tell.

Attack that doesn't use either of the two previously shown tells. These attack uses the upper body and arm to telegraph the attacks.

Lastly when he move his arm out while hovering, that motion can hit player that are mid range from it.

    Back Swipe

You can either look for when he raising his arm or look for him swiping his feet.

Two Hit Spear Lann Spin Attack

He'll do a somewhat long wind up for a spin as the tell.

Hover Mode Swipe (Quick Upper Cut Attack (I think of it as a Follow up Attack))

There's two tell for this attack, the one shown in this video uselly follows Spear Lann Spin Attack or GigaBlade Single-Hit. He'll quickly put his weapon behind him and do an uppercut. For this version he can jsut randomly do it on it own but not very common.

For tell two, this is usually followed by GigaBlade Two-Hit and Three-Hit combo. He'll do the put sword in upper position pose before going into the upper cut attack.

This happens solo btween bar 10 and 9. Once he gets to bar 9 it'll only happen after one of the two previously stated method. Once bar 9 hit, the solo version becomes a perfect guard attack (Enhanced Hover Mode Swipe)

Follow up Attack Examples (No need to check these)
Regular Two Hit Attack With Follow Up Attack Slow Version

Regular Two Hit Attack With Follow Up Attack Fast Version

Regular Three Hit Combo With Follow Up

Regular Two Hit Attack With Follow Up Attack Version 2

    Perfect Guard Attacks
Perfect Guard Attack begin to happen during bar 9 trasistion.

Enhanced Hover Mode Swipe (Perfect Guard Upper Cut into Ground Attack into Chop)

Same tell as the none enhanced version with similar Air Cryo-gen Laser Spin attack into a Lunge.

Air Cryo-gen Laser Spin (Perfect Guard Flying in Air Spirit Projectile into Slam)

Perfect Guard Jump Attacking into Ground Expanding Circle

If you're inside the ring you wont get hit by the ice spikes

Perfect Guard Jump Attacking into Ground Expanding Circle V2

This version shows the ice spike in action, can be dodge/perfect guard.

    Chasing and Range Attacks
All these attack Requires Perfect Guard. These attack happen if the targeted player are a disctance away from Dullahan.

    Perfect Guard Chase Lunge Attack

The tell is Dullahan reaches out one hand, takes three step, third step creates ice spikes. Then he Lunges to you with his sword. The start up for the lunge part of the attack might have it own hit box.

Perfect Guard Chase Tackle into Upper Cut

Dullanhan will get into a shoulder tackle position as the tell. The Tackle and the upper cut has thier own hit box thus making it a two hit.

    Disc Rotating Attack

This only happens when he has his shield on. This is on of the best attack to bomb it.

The Lazer part of the attack only hits once meaning if you're a blokcing character you can block the lazer once and not have to block it again since it wont hit a second time. If the lazer hit, you'll be frozen.

The Disc and Lazer are two different hit box and even if you block the lazer the disc can still hit you.

    Disc Rotating Attack With Spirits

This attack can only happen when Dullahan is out of shield. The lazer and spirit can freeze you.

    Red Attack
2 Perfect Guard Hit into Red Attack

The tell for this attack is Dullahan starting off with an ice stomp. Then it will do two slow Gigablade attack into a red attack. The red attack portion of the hit will land directly infront of Dullahan and can slightly curve to the person its targetting. Best way to avoid this attack is to go around em making the red attack hit infront of em and you're behind it.

Karok can clash his red downward slash during Shield Phase only. The shield goes down during clash animation, so take the time to damage as much as possible before resuming bombing.
    Karok Clash Video

    Bombing/Mechanic 1
When Dullahan hit 9 bar, it'll reviel the ice box in the middle of the stage. Dullahan can start the shield phase asap during bar 9 if it manage to land an attack on the box. Thus, in dragon explanation, you're to make sure Dullahan is not near the box. At bar 8, Dullahan will start to run to the box in the middle. Once Dullahan breaks the box, it will gain a shield which you will need to grab the bomb that is spawn in four position on the field.

The amount of time needed to bomb Dullahan is proportional to the number of player you started the run in. Example, if solo one bomb required, 4 man 4bomb, 3 man 3 bombs, 2 man but two member left after the run started 4bomb 2man+2 players leaving= 4 bombs.

A good reference point when bombing Dullahan is to aim around it upper chest area, and just aim a lil higher if you miss when doing the next bomb.

SirRFI gave a good summery on mechanic and Order5 make a correction and gave great bombing advise in the comment below or just open up the spoiler

I copy-paste following line by line before starting Dullahan:
    Quick summary:
    1) Try to pull him away from the middle early on
    2) Stun in party order when he's going to break the thing in mid
    3) Aim his "collar" with bombs to separate soul
    4) Someone needs to keep ghost busy - away from Dullahan
    5) Get away from boss when red mark appeared on you - ghost will tp
    6) At x4 he will go mid to cast blizzard - back off
    7) Stay inside circle during blizzard
    Seems to help

It's a little different since that now. Here are some additional specifics to add on to it:
    2) Stun in party order when he's going to break the thing in mid <-- Dullahan will begin marching to the center after you hit bar 7
    4) Someone needs to keep ghost busy - away from Dullahan <-- person has to attack the ghost
    6) At x4 he will go mid to cast blizzard - back off <-- Dullahan will do this twice: at bars 3 and 1

Also, if you'd like to make additional bombing footage:
    1) On the rotating lasers, it's safer to move inside the safe zone and aim your bomb as high as possible. It may not look like it'll hit on the red laser pointer, but it will.

    2) For the more advanced secondary weapon users - when Dullahan bonds with her soul, position yourself behind her and time your bomb to explode as she turns to face you (the distance from Dullahan that I recommend is about the distance between where you obtain the bombs and the center of the arena). This is incredibly useful to master in solo mode since you only need one bomb to disable the shield. It will still useful in a party, but harder to perform because everyone will have stand in almost the same spot (since you don't know who Dullahan will aggro on to) and it'll require more bombs to disable it (same number as party members).

    3) Also for more advanced users - when Dullahan performs the flying thrust attack (usually the alternative finisher to the "Perfect Guard Flying in Air Spirit Projectile into Slam" and I believe it is a red attack) immediately throw a bomb at her left shoulder after dodging. Her head positions itself there.
