The time spent waiting to assemble Guild Neam parties is absurd, no matter the time of day. Half the time the run is cancelled due to the wait. Replace Guild Neam with another Passport/Normal Neam or remove it from the game. Why add Quick Battle if you're going to remove 8 man raids and lock out the remaining 8 man raid from it anyway? The real challenge in Redeemer battles is getting them to start.
