We're aware of the issue regarding players' mailboxes being spammed. We have or already are in process of unbanning players who were negatively affected by this. We have also taken appropriate action against the offending parties involved.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to remove the spam mail from players' mailboxes from our end. Affected players will have to manually delete these spam mails.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our players.

Young whippersnappers, back in my day we had this token system and you'd always run out and had to wait til the next day to get more tokens.
Your gear would literally deteriorate over time, and completely run out of durability. Eventually you would need to replace the whole set.
We had to grind the missions over and over again to complete the mini-objectives so we could unlock the next area.
Monsters could still do damage to you when you were knocked down on the ground, and we liked it.

After checking through the various event weapons, there are 3 event weapons which are affected.
These Armageddon version have the (Permanent) tag at the end.
The following weapons are affected:
Armageddon Spellsword (Permanent)
Armageddon Phantom Dagger (Permanent)
Armageddon Bastard Sword (Permanent)
Only Arisha and Sylas are really affected, since Delia wasn't around when the event took place.
I've reported the issue to the devs.
