    Timer is measuring 30 frames per second so the difference is how many frames you are saving. (eg.)

    60 - 70 Speed Arcane Flurry you save 5 frames 70 - 80 Arcane Flurry you save 4 frames so from 60-80 you are saving 9 frames.
