Returning Mercenary/Enlistment Bonus Event

So it seems that I cannot check in to get any of the bonus items from the event. I've gotten my "Redeployment package" and have been playing for two days. The event page itself has been stuck on 0 days. Not sure if this is the right forum to post this on, but this has been an inconvenient situation.
