Can't Dismantle Items as a Journeyman Goldsmith
So, I'm a journeyman goldsmith who came back to the game after 6 years. When i click on the goldsmithing option, I keep getting the message :
"(You can learn the Goldsmithing Expertise from Jarlath in Rocheste.)"
