[Question][Bug] Arisha-Exclusive destiny box

As the see from the picture it states "enchanced to +11 and..."

However, When you open the box it's a +10 only.

Is it random +10-+11 or is every box +10 but was not changed or an type-o?

    typo on the box (and website). +10 only
