Might be just me, but holding down SHIFT and spamming W seems to boost your movement speed. Playing on whatever the character with the greatsword is called, EU server.

    Isn't bug, is fast walk, all characters have it, since RISE patch came, I guess

    Not a bug/exploit. It's a useful feature if you know how to use it to your advantage.
