[drop] Spirit Research Vol. 1

I had 2 quests which require Bryialne Heart.
For one it drops in first time. It was Burning Bryialne Heart if I remember correctly.

Problem is with second quest "Spirit Research Vol. 1".
I need 2x Bryialne Hearts, but it doesn't drop.

I have 2 marked dungeons as story related to this quest:
-Ruins of Sanctity
-The Pursuit

I spammed both like 20 times and nothing.
I killed 15x Bryialne in Decisive Battle too, nothing.

So i think, it's just bugged and require item that doesn't drop anymore.

Don't know if it matter, but I'm new, and character is Evie created like 14 days ago.
