Server is stuttering & affecting combat

Server today has been poor, despite showing 4-5 bar connections in party raids and dungeons.

When was the last time they did a server maintenance?

    Games never going to run that great unless they actually optimize it, or at the least fix the garbage problems that exist in the current engine. I have noticed a bad stutter and many things messing up in raids, especially the new raid the last few days
