Title STR stat not being applied

I discovered a bug when I was collecting titles to boost my STR stat, after collecting 3 different STR titles I could confirm that my STR stat was not increasing. As for the other stats, I wasn't to keen on them, I cannot say whether or not they increased or not.

    if you have those titles with other chars that would explain things
