Looks pretty good apart from a few things, in my opinion.

If I were to tweak this tier list I'd say:

Grimden too high, Longsword too low, Delia a bit too high, Hammer too low by quite a bit, Staff too low. I dunno exactly where I'd put everything but your opinions match mine for the most part.

..Did you actually just say that because the poll isn't going your way, someone had to manipulate the votes? Wow.

Anner 712 Fiona, verified already in the east specific thread by Lolo. Can cap at 716 when I do freematch on alts.

edit: But the East thread does have a few Fionas that're higher than I am that aren't on your list.

I was just messing around about that part. Besides, Kai gun dodge is trash so don't know what you're on about. Vella is easy mode though.

Also pretty sure Fionas like the +2 crit infuse with their +3 speed scroll more than the +5 crit. Can't say the same for Focus though.

Getting +2 crit on your shield requires intermediate element stones if it's lvl 90 or higher. It's also quite rare, so it's pretty damn expensive.

I'm not arguing that it's not a slight advantage, but you seem to be acting like it's easily achievable.
