I only just heard about this yesterday, and this is copied from the Vindictus Discord:
1. "Today, we have news regarding the upcoming June character balance update. Let's begin the June character balance developer update!"

2. In the last April developer update, we mentioned Evie, Kai, Lynn, Miul, and other character balance patches.
"Gremlin Mage reporter! Please come out here!"

3. First, Evie will get balance patches on both staff and scythe.

4. In staff's case, inconvenient parts of Mana Amber will be reworked along with Focus level rework. For Scythe, Life Drain and Spirit Bind will be buffed along with Arcane Gate rework.

5. Kai's Crossgun damage will be buffed, and Enhanced Bolt, Hunting Party can now be added to the quickslot bar.
Also, Bolt Revolver will be changed to 2 levels, and skills per level will be reworked so that they are easier to use.

6. Through this patch, it will be easier for Glaive Lynns to reach 10 Zhen Swift Assassin stacks.
Along with this change, Killer Dart, Fishtail Pole, Flying Guillotine, and other skills' damage and movement will be balanced so that more variety of skills can be utilized than before.

7. For Eira, Entropic Shot's distance and travel speed will be buffed. Also, her Active skills and smashes damage among other things will become balanced overall.

8. Chainblade Vella's attacks including Blade Dance and Glacial Terminus will have their hit registration changed.
Glint, Frost Jack, and others will be reworked to boost her survivability, and other skills' utility will also be reworked.

9. Other than those, other characters' additional balance patches are planned so please look forward to the upcoming balance patch in the test server.

    but the ratio of female to male chars is still uneven. Delia and Miri were back to back. We only got Grimden after Miri. We need another male char!!! >: (

    What Evie Raise Dead will be map to the Fourth charge?!
    What will happen to Evie Mana Mine dash (where she dashes away after leaving a mana mine) , if the skill is going be hot keyed?
    Guess that less concentration time will be nice
    But no buffs to her spells? Her dps is slow due to charging and it is noticeable in higher raids where other players attack speed and can pull off 5 smashss while she charges for one?

    Karoks seem to get super buff with all his skills

    Miul normal combo looks like it been reduce in damage.

    ...They are bringing back Colru 8 man raids?! Does that mean they are bringing back 8 ppl again?

    Mana mine dash will prob just be hotkey -> right click but even if it's removed probably doesn't matter much since it was pretty useless anyway.
    She doesn't need buffs to her spells - the concentration time changes are legit dealing with the slow charging issue lol.

    I think it would make most sense for Delia, but I guess by making it a new character they can probably sell a lot more NX items and run events to get people to come back. Either way I'm just glad they're still making plenty of new content.

    Here's hoping for a translation of the new char reveal soon!

    It's interesting that her natural hair color is blue and not the usual brown\copper\blonde. I can't tell if her eyebrows match tho. It would be awkward if her eyebrows didn't match. And it seems like her concept set comes with a manicure, which would make her the only female class who can have non-avatar painted nails. And it looks like she has a tail, but it's probably part of the concept set.

    Even though she's melee and not a mage, she reminds me A LOT of Asker's Battle Mage, . If she has an attack where she falls on her bum because "OMG the weapon is so big that I lost control over it and fell on my bum bum" it will confirm my theory that there was something going on between devCat and Neowiz. We'll see, I guess.

    wasn't askers online shut down or something? it was the closest game to vindictus in terms of hack n slash, really wanted to try it

    Every female character after Vella has the same face. It's disconcerting. They could all be sisters.

    Compare it to the male characters where not one of them looks like the other, with very distinguishable features.
