    Im pretty sure not, i think it is limited to a specific brooch (looks like a curvy yellow stone if i remember right)

    yeah, it used to be but then they opened many scrolls up so they can fit all spacific types of item. so things like crecent moonlight scroll was opened to all rings etc etc

    Pretty sure it’s only for moonlight sapphire brooch. Can someone confirm that scroll still drops?

    it doesnt drop anymore but i have one which i can extract

    It can no longer drop.
    However, it appears to still be obtainable through event sacks. In the last scroll sack giveaway event, i happened to get one:
