Swirly Prize Coupons can't be redeemed anymore?

I thought we would be able to trade these in any time after the event ended so now I just have a bunch of coupons sitting in my cash tab... RIP

edit: do any mods or admins know if we will ever be able to trade the coupons again, and if so when?

    The event exchange shop for each type of coupon shows the dates during which the coupons can be redeemed in the top right-hand corner.

    The power of change shop, for example, is open from June 21 to July 26.
