You mean the EU version already had this character growth system and it was changed for NA?
Yet another good feature we never had (like the reconnect system, which I thought was a joke when I read it in the loading screen tips).. wonder what else we've been missing.
Actually no, what he means is that EU did not get the rewards retroactively, unlike NA.
So when the Character Growth feature/event came out, EU players that were level 90 could only collect the level 90 reward. While NA players could collect all rewards up to their level, so a level 90 character would also get the level 10 permanent storage.

what other combinations are there, is it just tutelary + plate/heavy and well balanced + light armor
, its nice tho, gives u free weapons... ill save it for lynn when she gets her 2nd weapon

I sent them a ticket about this on the 21st of February.
And then now they go ahead and give new characters even more rewards.
