Problem about stream giveaway mischief boxes

There was a community stream at 10 May 2017 about the latest update. 12 people won "10 Mischief maker boxes" giveaway. I was one of them. They asked me my ign and server and i replied. I was supposed to receive boxes after the update but I did not receive any. Sooo what is the problem was it canceled or is this a kind of technical issue?
