Why is there a faint red glow around my head?

Sword Fiona, level 73. I came back a short while ago and I noticed that there's this strange, very light red glow around my head that wasn't there before. Why is it there and how do I get rid of it?

You are doing the Revamped Taunting technique. Upon a successful taunt, the red glow will appear on your head, and all mobs will aggro you for 30 seconds at max rank, even in groups. This can lead to wide opportunities for other characters to unleash a barrage of super attacks without the worry of being aggro'd in the process. This is an active skill that will consume 250 SP when used. At max rank, up to 6 monsters can be attracted at once per activation. Once the time limitation is up, the particle effects will dissipate, and the technique will not be able to be used again for another 4 minutes, so bear this in mind when you are taunting an enemy.

Ok, but the faint red glow is still around my head if i'm standing around in town and it's not the red glow from my taunt ability.

Upload a screenshot to imgur and post the link, since the forums are still borked.

Ok so looking at the game and trying to see where the red glow comes from, it seems to do with the game's Bloom, and the fact that I played the game for years on low settings.
The glow is coming off of White and bright hair color that's getting bloom reflections in the game's sunlight. When I move my character into the shade, the red aura that I'm seeing disappears.

Is there a way to turn off the bloom without setting the game's Lighting FX to low?
I already turned the shaders off because it makes the game look like it's covered in mud, the excessive bloom is making white and bright colors glow in bright light.

Im at work so I can't check but I assume they removed the washed out lighting/snow that was added for xmas.

Check again and still see if its there because there was also excessive bloom.
