Weapon not showing up on restoration list

I broke my weapon via enhancement and it isn't showing up on my restoration list.....

    You can only restore 90 95 and 100 lvl , was that last item u broke ? Or maybe you broke fiew more after you broke your weapon ? Limit is to 5 showing there
