Can't start Season 2

Hey guys,
I just finished up Season 1, but now there's no prompt from Shayla to go to Malina. I walked around Malina to see if talking to anyone there would initiate the questline, but no quests are popping up.

    I think you need to talk to the Cat at the Inn to start season 2. Or maybe level restriction like gotta be over 70. Maybe you need to talk to everyone after killing the Emo Keaghan boss.
