Loading Stuck Post Launcher but 'Pre Game'...
Running Windows 7 and it seems that on this computer, after launching successfully (apparently), the game shows an intermediate popup loading screen before the game fully engages and will simply sit there doing nothing (minimal system usage) forever. Has anyone seen this before?
The mouse cursor on desktop functions normally, but if you hover over the image it will show the loading 'O' icon.
Compared the logs to a different machine, this machine's process seems to fail before 'engine initialization' (hovering over the Vindictus program icon in the task bar shows 'Init Failed'), though no error is ever thrown and it will idle in limbo forever until you end it.
