I offer to use my Max +3 Quality Coupon from the Golden Time Event on an item of your choosing for free (mostly free). A few conditions:
1) I will not use my coupon on any 5* items because I am not that silly.
2) Your item will bind if it goes to 5*. If your item has a Bind Level above 3, you'll have to send/pay for unbinds to get it back. I can help by supplying my 3 from the Golden Time Event.
3) You may have to help pay for my mailing fee to get your item back. It shouldn't be a problem though if your item is clean.

To clarify the coupon, it is guaranteed to add 1* to your item's quality, and it is very unlikely to add more than that.
