"Source" quest is impossible to complete

Hello,

I currently have the quest "Source" in which I have to talk to Lechaud. However, I can't do it because the concerned NPC is not here, not available. The game tells me to wait until he comes back. But I have finished all the stories so I won't be able to finish "Source" quest for the moment.

Can someone help me ?
