Chat freeze bug

Can u just fix it? Chat freezes every time when I try to type someone or someone to me. Freaking annoying. Whole game freezes. And this is not a new bug...

    This bug happens when you had or your friend had disconnect, so you or your friend need restart the game for no more spike lag.
    Sometime I whisped my friend and whisp seems doesn't work, waited maybe humm 3 hours and whisp appear all lines by automatic,
