You used to get 100 mats for dismantling an OJ essence/shard. Since the miri patch, this has been nerfed to 25. This is not mentioned in the patch notes. This applies to both level 90 and 95 mats.

    This has been here for a while (since rise). Multiple threads QQing about it. That said I heard lv 95 still gives 100. I just am not willing to to toss money away to test it.

    It wasn't mentioned in notes, because this change (for 90s at least) was introduced at least few updates ago.

    Level 95 doesnt give 100.
