Hello everyone,
I tried to download this game on a new desktop and BEHOLD! The game won't even start. What happens is that I see Nexon Game Security running in the Task Manager but it just closes after and nothing starts up. No Vindictus logo, no devcat logo, nothing but Steam and Nexon Launcher telling me the game is already running.
I've already done everything I can think of and even contacted Vindictus Game Support for help, my ISP for help, and still nothing.
I did a DNS flush, reset, release, and renew; reinstalled windows (I have Windows 10 Pro N); reinstalled with a removal of the game 8 times both via Steam and Nexon launcher; added firewall exceptions, quit anti-virus software and added exceptions to it as well, installed windows media programs, Visual C++, updates for DirectX, updated drivers for all of the parts, unchecked both internet advanced options "Disable script debugging", and restored them back after it still failed; tried the Nexon folder security options which solved one person's issues, and tried to move a working Nexon Folder and Vindictus folder to the new desktop.
I have also tried directly launching the game but I'm either doing it wrong or it also doesn't work.
Literally nothing works. I do have errors in my debug files and the stdout file which just says "Shutdown!".

If anyone can think of any reason this is happening even on a fresh install of windows 10, please help me
TL;DR: I tried everything I can think of to get this game working and it doesn't. Help Plox!

My game will launch through both Steam and the Nexon Launcher, but once it gets past the Nexon and DevCAT logos, it is stuck on the loading screen, and it will crash if I interact with it. Literally bought a new computer in hopes of being able to run this game smoothly, cant even launch it though.
