    Myself on royals I only have one big lag upon starting the battle, then it's fine.

    Blame the dedicated servers. Sometimes PVP lags like that too.

    From observation it seems that the lag immediately stops once one person leaves, which leads me to believe that it happens when the dedicated server has a problematic connection to at least one person.

    I think it seems to happen most often when someone starts it when someone is still in the process of loading.

    When the battle start or ppl still loading its frozen then works pretty much normal
