Game Crashes to Blue Screen

Recently (the last week or so), I've had the game crash to blue screen twice. It only happens with this game (and I've also noticed that sometimes some nexon program will fail before the game loads [nexon user agent? but the game loads anyway]), and I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this happen.
