Is this normal for xgun kai?

So I'm having an issue specifically with xgun kai, where my camera resets to being fully zoomed out every time I use a skill or finish shooting the gun. Is this like a normal thing for him now? Even his dodge resets my camera to fully zoomed out.

    It is very common to get zoomed out, since you need to see as much as possible to know where to aim for a FPS character.
