Charles Expedition & Charles Rat Race
I have been running Charles expedition and getting the "less than 1% damage" penalty, and only receiving one actual drop aside from pet and vip bonuses.
Also the rat race at the end of the quest "Underground City", the chest that spawns there upon completing any "Level" doesn't drop any core or item upon opening it.
